At HER+, we stand behind every product we make. Because our products involve skincare, supplements, and personal care items, we follow clear guidelines for returns and refunds to keep everyone safe and the process fair.

 

30-DAY MONEY-BACK PROMISE

 

Every first-time order from HER+ is backed by a 30-day money-back promise. If you're not satisfied with your first order, contact us within 30 days of your delivery date and we'll issue a refund for the product cost. No return labels required.

 

To qualify:

 

— The guarantee applies to first-time orders only.

 

— Requests must be submitted within 30 days of your delivery date.

 

— Contact us at contact@tryherplus.com with your order number and a brief note about your experience.

 

— For hygiene and safety reasons, you do not need to return used product — just share your order number.

 

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

 

We inspect every order before it leaves our warehouse, but if something is wrong, we'll make it right.

 

— Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@tryherplus.com.

 

— Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item.

 

— We'll either ship a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

 

— Requests made after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement.

 

RETURN REQUIREMENTS (UNOPENED PRODUCTS)

 

If you want to return an unopened, unused product in its original packaging:

 

— Returns must be authorized before being sent. Email contact@tryherplus.com for a return authorization.

 

— Unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.

 

— Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We do not provide prepaid return labels.

 

— Refunds cover the product cost only. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

— Refunds are issued after the returned product is received and inspected. Inspections typically take up to 48 hours after receipt.

 

SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS

 

Subscription renewals can be canceled anytime through your account portal or by emailing contact@tryherplus.com. To avoid being charged for a renewal, please cancel before your next billing date, as orders are prepared quickly for shipment once payment processes.

 

Once a subscription order has been charged and is being processed at our warehouse, it is no longer eligible for cancellation. You may still return it unopened under the standard return process.

 

REFUND PROCESSING

 

— Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of approval (for money-back promise claims) or product inspection (for returned items).

 

— Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

 

— Bank processing times may vary and are outside our control.

 

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND OR RETURN

— Photos of any damage or incorrect items, if applicable

 

Our team reviews every request within 48 hours and responds with next steps.

 

IMPORTANT NOTES

 

— For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products (except under the 30-day money-back promise, where no return is required).

 

— Unauthorized returns will not be refunded.
