Payment Policy
Accepted payment methods
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay at checkout.
Secure processing
All transactions on tryher.com are processed over SSL-encrypted (HTTPS) connections through PCI-DSS compliant payment processors, including Shopify Payments. HER+ does not store full card numbers on our servers.
Authorization holds
When you enter card details at checkout, you may see a temporary pending charge while we verify your card. This is not a charge — it clears automatically, typically within 1–7 business days depending on your bank.
Order confirmation
Once payment is authorized, you'll receive an email confirmation with your order summary. If you don't receive it within 30 minutes, please check your spam folder before contacting us. If your payment fails, you'll be notified at checkout and can retry with a different method; no charge is made on a failed authorization.
Currency
All prices on tryher.com are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). International customers may be charged the equivalent in their local currency by their issuing bank, plus any applicable foreign transaction fees. These fees are set by your bank and are outside our control.
Subscriptions
If you enroll in our Subscribe & Save program, you authorize HER+ to charge your saved payment method automatically on the cadence you select (e.g., every 30, 60, or 90 days). You will receive an email reminder before each renewal charge. You can pause, skip, change frequency, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account at tryher.com/account or by emailing contact@tryherplus.com. Cancellations made before your next billing date will not be charged for the upcoming cycle.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Once approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the refund may take an additional 3–10 business days to appear on your statement. See our Refund Policy for full eligibility terms.
