Warranty Policy
This Warranty Policy explains what is and is not covered by warranty for products purchased from HER+.
CONSUMABLE PRODUCTS
HER+ products are consumable wellness goods (supplements, skincare, personal care). Consumable products are not covered by a manufacturer's warranty in the traditional sense. They are designed to be used within their stated shelf life and replaced through reorder or subscription.
PRODUCT QUALITY GUARANTEE
Every HER+ product is covered by our 30-day money-back promise. If you are not satisfied with the quality of your first order, contact us within 30 days of your delivery date and we will issue a refund for the product cost.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@tryherplus.com.
Include:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item
We will ship a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund. Your choice.
PRODUCT FRESHNESS
HER+ products are shipped fresh from our warehouse. Each product is labeled with a "best by" or expiration date. We guarantee every product will arrive within its labeled freshness window. If you receive a product that is past its expiration date, contact us immediately for a replacement at no cost.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED
This warranty does not apply to:
- Products that have been used beyond the recommended timeframe
- Products that have expired due to delayed customer use
- Damage caused by improper storage (extreme heat, direct sunlight, exposure to moisture)
- Allergic reactions or sensitivities not caused by a product defect (covered separately under our Health & Safety Disclaimer)
- Products purchased from any retailer or seller other than HER+ directly through tryher.com
HOW TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM
Email contact@tryherplus.com with:
- Your order number
- The product name and lot number (printed on the label)
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos if applicable
Our team reviews every claim within 48 hours and responds with next steps.
